Vendor FAQs

Vendor space includes one 6 foot table, black tablecloth, and two chairs, provided by the venue.

Setup is Saturday, October 4th, 2025 from 8am-10am. 

We ask that your space is completely setup and ready by 10am when doors open.

Please arrange to have your booth covered until 4pm.

Take down is 4-5pm

Entrance to our event is on the Northwest side of the building.

Drive around the back of Stoney Creek and you will see the Conference Center sign.

You may off load, then move your car further back in the lot to park for the day as we will also have food trucks in the lot.

The first 50 attendees at The Holistic Wellness Event receive a free “Holistic” branded swag bag filled with prizes from the vendors and local community.
