Vendor FAQs

Vendor space is approximately 8′ x 7′ and includes one 6 foot table, black tablecloth, and two chairs, provided by the venue.

Sponsors have premium vendor spots often with more space.

Setup is Saturday, October 3th, 2026 from 8am-9am. 

We ask that your space is completely setup and ready by 9am when doors open.

Please arrange to have your booth covered until 6pm.

Take down is Sunday, October 4th, 2026 from 6-7pm

Entrance to our event is on the Northwest side of the building.

Drive around the back of Stoney Creek and you will see the Conference Center sign.

You may off load, then move your car further back in the lot to park for the day as we will also have food trucks in the lot.

The first 50 attendees at The Holistic Wellness Event EACH DAY receive a free “Holistic” branded swag bag filled with prizes from the vendors and local community.

Watch this space for more details about swag and raffle items.

If you have requested power, you will be placed where there is access to an outlet, against a wall.

PLEASE BRING AN EXTENSION CORD WITH YOU.

Yes!  Vendors are encourage to post a video or info about what our attendees can expect at your booth.
